Can the fast charge station send back availability to plugshare
It is up to the driver to check in with plugshare, but I wonder if the station itself can send back such information - people don't need to go to the station and found a queue there.

Yes, it's possible. Networks like Evie already share their station availability with PlugShare. If you scroll around the south east of Australia with PlugShare, you see sometimes some grey icons. These are stations in use.
