Vehicle Energy Usage Display Issue
In our LDV eDeliver 7 the average energy use on the dash display only goes to 29.9kWh/100km, which is rather annoying, since it is some unknown amount above that for most trips. Living well out of town and doing mainly long trips, most of the time it is driven in 100 or 110km/hr zones.
The claimed range of 362km from the 88kWh battery equals 24kWh/100km, presumably the WLTP figure (not stated in the specs I have), but since that is calculated at an average speed of just 55km/hr, it is a gross underestimate of reality for us.
However, if driven only around town, that figure is easily achievable.
The instantaneous energy use display goes up to 60kWh/100km, so the limitation on the average is a bit of a mystery. Regen only display up to -30kWh/100km too, although lifting the foot a bit when it's near that limit increased deceleration rate, so clearly the recharge rate can be more than the -30kWh/100km display limit..
Hopefully this will be fixed in the future with a firmware update, although that isn't due until the 30000km/2 years service
