Hello Community! Did you see that the the National Electric Vehicle Strategy (NEVS) unveiled last week?
 

Within the NEVS, the federal government announced a $78.6 million funding partnership with the NRMA that will see the creation of 117 fast charging sites across the national highway network, ensuring that regional Australia is not left behind as the number of Australians buying electric vehicles increases. What do you think?
 

We are happy to see the NRMA's role in accelerating Australia's transition to clean, electric transportation was called out by government and we are proud to be doing this work in co-operation with all of you!

Are these ones that NRMA is involved with through its membership of the Australian Motorists Associations' stake in Chargefox or are these going to be NRMA network branded (and currently free to use)?

@bje​ I think the newer Tritium chargers are 75kW. Is this what the NRMA is installing now?

Please make sure steep idle fees are applied to chargers. Sick of selfish people with 100% charge occupying free chargers for hours on end.
