Tesla, Peugeot and BYD slash EV prices

As the financial year end approaches, Australian carmakers are slashing electric car prices:

• Tesla lowered prices for the Model 3 sedan and Model Y SUV in April
• BYD Automotive reduced the price of its BYD Atto 3 Extended Range by $8,000
• Peugeot dropped the price of its e-2008 electric SUV by $25,000

All prices are before on-road costs unless otherwise stated.
